QUALITY INITIATIVES

As a high performing organization, Pleasant Manor’s aim is to succeed in business by providing the highest possible quality service to senior citizens living within the home and to be seen as a leader in the long term care and community support services sector.  To achieve this aim, quality initiatives within the home are driven by policy and demonstrated through annual Quality Improvement Plans.

Given that the core of our service revolves around the relationship between the people receiving service and the people providing service, it seems most fitting that our Quality Improvement Plans for Long Term Care and Supportive Housing programs and General Operations concentrate on improving “Client Experience”.
